Key Responsibilities:

• Futuristic strategic financial planning and analysis including budgeting, forecasting and investment analysis.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports and records.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, audits and statutory requirements.
• Develop budgets, forecasts and financial modeling for government and donor-backed projects and financial planning strategies.
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with SECP, SBP and public sector governance frameworks.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for cost reduction and profitability improvement.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks and regulatory bodies.
• Engage with government, donors, regulators and corporate partners.
• Supervise accounting staff and support their professional development.
• Manage cash flow, accounts payable/receivable and general ledger functions.

Qualification & Skills

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory, CA, ACMA, ACCA, CPA, CFA or equivalent.

• 10-12 years experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in startups or innovative industries in line with the key responsibilities mentioned above.
• Age Limits     –         55 Years
